It is still not clear how but Duke Elgy did something to twist the paternity result so it appears that Rashta's daughter is not Emperor Sovieshu's blood BUT after he ordered to take his daughter to another country as punishment and on the way the child met the bandits and lost the traces.. Then Duke Elgy appeared again to tell the truth that the child born by Rashta is indeed Emperor Soveishu's blood and real daughter..

It's all part of Duke Elgy's revenge
