why? why are you computing in your brain that between B and F it's C? in FACT the middle between B and F is D but here, you should use your brain... Why would count Garinson give a D, instead of a B++ or a F--? i mean if garinson gives a B++ it means he recognize the MC true level; if he gives a D, it means he recognizes the true level of MC being B++ but he is officially falsifying it to D level so he will choose B++ or F (choosing a middle rating would be courting death
