@Monasha well you can maybe start gathering evidence and anonymously reveal it to the parents after wich they should be capable of taking action themselves or perhaps request secrecy of u telling on her to keep yourself safe, anyways if he's really a gangster then this is way more serious n more so the reason why you should inform her family fo the matter. I hope he doesn't know u n that girl can come to her senses and not put u in trouble or anything, stay safe.
