@Omniscient Reader Also, no form of current birth control is 100%. Even the full tubal ligation is rated at 99.8% at best. So if the parents are using birth control, they're getting good results from probability .

(full ligation = tie the fallopian tubes by the ovaries and uterus. Cut above and below the ties and removed the pieces of tubing. Burn the remaining ends.)
