This guy has definitely had his own issues, but does someone as scarred as Namwoo deserve to be with someone who no longer has the capacity to feel empathy or love more than a curiosity? No. ML has his own issues that need deep psychological help from, and he's using his boyfriends as people to barely fit in that crack only to wittle away. Everything he says is with a purpose; to make you feel loved, until you truly look at him and see it's like someone laughing at a joke you make, only to quickly frown.
