@Christine Williams I found a video on 小红书 and apparently Jin Ge father indeed passed away. One of the Omega's have the ability to manipulate the afterlife of the dead. Since Jin Ge father have suffered a lot, he was also supposed to suffer in the grave. But using the Omega's ability, they manipulated the afterlife and show him a happy life instead
Also, the past few chapters really confusing because the artist/author is lazy lmao
Basically yanyan still suffer from depression because he lost his first pregnancy, but he's managing well to recover with Jin Ge help and that's about it. Jin Ge alpha dad is also dead and not sure what happens to him but since he's evil, surely he'll suffer in he** haha

So basically one time when Jin Ge was away on a business trip, yanyan entered his heat. And it was so painful because Jin Ge was not around so yanyan went to like an alpha escort club
He ordered an ordinary alpha with nice pheromones and the spider alpha recognized yanyan as Jin Ge Omega so he went into the room with yanyan. They didn't do anything and yanyan only asked for comforting pheromones.
Jin Ge saw the photos because the spider alpha purposely planted them for him later on and Jin Ge thought yanyan was pregnant with the spider child and not his. So he forced a pregnancy termination on yanyan.
Now the thing is yanyan wasn't actually pregnant. It's a symptoms for lop eared bunny like yanyan especially when neglected. He thought he was actually pregnant and his body received the signal from the brain, making it as if he was actually carrying like morning sickness and all. He's not really pregnant since the lion doctor checked his blood and ultrasound.
But since Jin Ge forced abortion on yanyan leave him traumatizing, he really thought that he has lost the baby due to abortion/miscarriage. In the novel, it's said he sometimes can't recall if the baby was aborted or he lost the baby to miscarriage
So yeah I just call it miscarriage but maybe it's better to say it's actually forced abortion ( even though the baby isn't real )

@Amy yes that's his actual pregnancy. The abortion one is before that baby, the first one back when they were still together ( or when they were still sleeping together basically )
