@punpun  not sure if this counts but when I was 7ish I used to see knifes on the drying rack near the sink and everytime i saw them I had the Urge to cut myself with them so id end up cutting my fingertips with them (I never had anything wrong mentally then I just had a strong urge to feel what it was like to have a knife glide over my skin) 

@punpun even though I have currently a good life and satisfied with it. Sometimes I get the urge to jump off the roof or balcony and imagine myself dead and get scared thinking about it 😵💫😵💫

Go see a therapist maybe it will help

@punpun idk sometimes when i think about life and existence i just have this feeling of no existence like its hard to explain but i just feel it what would it feel to have no existence 
And it makes me sad because it's so empty
