@Yww so basically there was a food competition where they sold the same food just in different recipes. there were a total of 100 people who chose among the food stall and the food stall man in august had 37 people in total out of the 100. take note, it's not just three or four stalls in the competition, there were more than 15. so that just means the food stall man in august had a lot of people who liked their food.
