@UOYKCUF well actually I say he ain't a bi*** he is a good guy who wants to save mc from there base clutches bcoz mc might be a different kind of guide may be have some hidden powers that's why he could guide an SS esper so may be his base can use him for bad things that's why he wants him to be free from peony base or may be i am wrong but from the story looks like he wants to save himby sending him to ml as he is the most  strong esper who can protect him

@B   In addition i think he wants to use this as an excuse for him to tell the higher ups that the MC died or what just to save the Mc. because he k ows that he is special and he dont want them to use the mc as an experiment
