My g** this dude's train of thought is sooo disgustingly defeatist, the way he crumbles just to appease other people
The only saving grace about this chapter is that his little sister turned from literally a crappy background character built just to spite the reader on how "betrayed" the MC is to an unbelievably flawed character that's trying things out, maybe the wrong way but still...it's something
SO WHY isn't the MC this way too?
Overthinks everything like it's a matter of life and death, like if someone called him ugly he'd be ok with it but if he bothered someone mid-day during school he would take responsability by throwing himself off the school roof
I get that this is his way of seeing things but jesus christ get a grip, imagine having this view on life and you never take into account how you see or feel about things not just the present but the future too.
This seems to be one of those where the MC is put down for most of the manga but then through the slightest actions of his unending sacrifice he wins hears left and right without knowing
