@Barelyliving the yellow eye manager is the ghost, the brown eye is human. All the s** that happened are actually MC dreams, but he seems to confused dream with reality, idk but maybe similar to lucid/astral projection. That's why he also get those bruised, since he's making babies with non-human. The ghost might have something to do with Na Jumin, since the ghost started to haunt MC after he gets the yellow bookmark (in work files that was dumped to him), but we don't know yet if this is true since MC have seen ghosts occasionally when he was young. In the latest chapter, it was shown that Manager also shared the same dream as MC. It might be both of them are partially possessed since there are scene where MC acted differently from how his brain think, we don't know yet. I mean there are like two ghosts so one possessed MC and one possessed ML, who knows. But it also looks like the manager knows something about the ghost, and he's aware about the dream. Idk what he's hiding, but he knows that MC doesn't aware of his own dream. As for the coworker, she has sixth sense so that's why she can see the ghost and maybe MC's soul (since he's sleeping at that time). But let's see how the story goes, some of these are just my assumptions.

Like he was physically hurt and well yes everything happened in his room happened when he slept byt what about what happened in office in oast when the girl saw them....

@Staaaa idk but there's an old myth told that if u woke up and suddenly have an unknown bruised on your body, that means the ghost bite you (it's a myth but yeah this is horror mystery and paranormal story anyway, no science involved) 😌 maybe something similar to that. Or maybe it's not really a dream but his sleep is actually a "gate" for another/ghost realm, which his soul can enter 🤷♀️
