@Reb I kinda understand how you feel, I was thinking it was shallow until this chapter, too. But the part when Makato said he was not seeing Luca off got me so hard, because I went through the same thing. No matter how much you want to see that person again, life happens, so that uncertainty hurts like a mother f*cker. Specially when he asked if he was been selfish, it brought me to tears. I felt like hugging Makato and say "no babe, you are not selfish, its just too painfull"
