@Great sage That doesn't surprise me at all. Kiyoung is not a grandstanding type of person. He also doesn't like the front lines much -if he's there, there's a da** good reason and he has his retreat figured out. 

(Problem is this particular situation has gotten so bonkers most of his plans are up in smoke.)
