I will be honest, It's by far the worst manhwa about martial art's that I've read, ever. It's down there with some of the chinese manhuas, the low tier ones. The author of the series should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, as this is hands down the worst plot progression imaginable, if this abomination of progression of events can even be called plot. It's all over the place, 200 chapters in we already understood, everyone sees MC as a menace, we get it author, we understood. Can we have martial arts ? Murim genre subplots ? MC character development ? Any kind of final goal, even a slight hint for a villian and not AI written villians (OH, HE EMBARASSED ME IN FRONT OF FEMALE, IMMA KILL HIM !!!). Author, you are a disgrace, If I wasn't studying computer science in a top university, and had time and no friends (like you do), I would write a way more interesting story than you. I would want you to be one of the people to put my grave in the ground, just so you can let me down one more time. Genuinely, fk you, fk your family, fk everyone that had a speck of influence on the person you are today. For anyone asking why I'm still reading; Well, sunken cost fallacy, basically.

@Rk i do admit its slow but dont ever insult it and say its the worse manga ya heard this manga may be slow but it has the most interesting and beautiful plot rn the manga is moving slow due to the insane amount of characters relevant to the scenes but atleast its not rushed and dont make sense if you properly read it then you would know what a manster piece it is theres no other like it but honestly it would be better to come back in 5 years to finish this manga
@Rk I do get where you are coming from, every reader here is impatient by now because of how weird and unprogressive the plot has been. But neverthless you shouldn't insult the author like that, they are not committing a grave sin. Yes, they could've done more research or tried to improve the plot in some ways but at the end everyone is a human and humans make mistakes whether they realize it or not.

@Rk I could care less about you insulting the author on a illegal site sniping translations . I agree with you 100% at first reading was fun because of gramps and I do admit the mc dressing as a girl was a hilarious arc. But after that the mc started falling down hill. I could still keep up with it because we had some funny characters and some tiny little fillers where the friends try to find MCs eyes. but all in all. Why is the mc acting like this with rin. Like you said it feels like the mc is some idiot who only reacts when someone touches his girl. Additionally, "his girl" isn't even his girl. Did he forget all about the rin he was looking for because some Random beautiful girl made his heart skip. Regardless if they're the same person he's just willing to forget all about his childhood friend?? I need some actual progression here. And not another one of these long talks from the elders explaining some sh** happening in the alliance that we all forgot about 30 chs ago. The author keeps adding in some sub plot with the murim alliance but I have no clue how it relates to the mc whatsoever.

@Mercenary Jin Again, if I remove the insults in the end, which yes I agree are excessive and I shouldn't write, everything else is valid. I take back what I've said about authors family, but I still think that if we feed like 10 murim novels to chatgpt and give it the plot of the first 40 chapters of this 'thing', it will actually write a better story. Unironically, there are Murim manhwas out there, where the humour is actually funnny, not just this random bs. It is apparent that the humour in this 'thing' is what the class clown thinks is funny in 7th grade. The humour has zero subversion of expectations (the whole point of jokes), bad deliveries, lacks any kind of quirckiness. This 'thing' has no other qualities outside of wacky/edgy MC which is done in the most generic way I've ever seen. This is honestly disgusting I don't understand how people are arguing in favor of this 'thing'.
@justaordinaryreader masterpiece ? If you are not sarcastic/ragebaiting, on the slight offchance that you are not, look at 'Rebirth of the Heavenly Demon'. 'Legend of the Northern Blade', 'Absolute Regression', 'Assassin of the Drifting Moon'. ALL of them have better art, at least half of them have better/deeper characters. And if you want to talk about masterpiece just read 'Absolute Regression'. Calling this 'thing' a masterpiece, wow.
