@huh Honestly, I've dropped this series at least three times since 2021 because the chapters took too long to come out, but it was one of my first yaoi, so I had to finish it. I picked it up again at the end of 2024 and dropped it again because the male lead annoyed me and the uke made me cry because I felt so bad for him. But after careful consideration, here I am again. I even got the ending I was hoping for, and I ended up shedding a tear when I saw the male lead cry. And you're right, there's no point in continuing to read if you already know you're going to hate it, waiting for a plot twist that will never come.
