SO, Ra has six kids (the first line after Ra). Two of them, Shu and Tefnut fell in love and made two more kids, Nut and Geb(the 2nd line)
Nut and Geb fell in love with each other and made four kids (the third line). From four of them two (Osiris and Isis) made love and made a kid Horus
The other two (seth and nephts) fell in luv and made anubis
So yes siblings made kids and horus and Anubis are czns and idk bout Thoth since there's no connection line with him/her.
