@M from what they said the mutation has only happened to humans, so I don't think so. You're interpretation of him is the "rabid" dog meaning that he most likely had more comprehensive social skills before A left. He also understands language fluently, understands complex themes and emotions, and other things. Maybe he's just more mutated than the rest of them. @M Fluffy is the puppy that used to run around the farm. It was mentioned several times, and there was even a panel with Fluffy the puppy looking over Mr.A's shoulder when K came to visit. Sorry if this sounds a bit blunt. I'm not trying to make you look like an idiot or anything. Let's hope the next chapter drops sooner rather than later!!
