@Shamir mate, did you read the latest one? He literally became govenment dog, after betraying Xebec. Really, fu** him. When he is going to die and you all are going to cry, I'm going to laugh at ya, as it was a direct result of Haralds stupidity. Being so naive, while being a ruler is unforgivable and fatal.

i despise harald too after he obediently become WG 'slave'. but, i quite understand too he just want to make giant race to be accepted by all people and Elbaph become part of WG countries. He just willing to do anything for his country, nothing else. Maybe he is stupid, but at least he is not bad person.
