He just made a deal with her.... knowing she's a woman. And then made sure she knew after the deal was done so she understood he was knowingly making a deal to make a woman his business partner.
That's some boss move.
And if he's having fun with this....sorry but the FL tried to deceive him by dressing up as a man. Why wouldn't he find the situation amusing?
