My theory is that Leon is clearly from another deminsion and somehow is maybe a king or sorts from that demension. + maybe his the species that can "change genders" when both mates are male to breed so maybe Cliff WAS his mate and he just didn't know? + his weak in Dark Fall as they said you can't go out of your deminsion without becoming weaker.
