Idk is it weird that i dont want isagi to win? Like it kinda annoys me how he analizes ego. I mean that in itself is fine so he can win. But he thinks he can understand everything about someone and their lives. Like oh he gets everything about kaiser now cause he knows his ego?? And why is everyone rooting for isagi anyways. Does he have to win? For example if isagi got this good once he finally got some confidence and practice. What was stopping himself before? The reason he wasn't good before is cause he had 0  effort

@ASDFGHJKL  I don't think it's weird at all, but Isagi is analysing it from a football persepective, his actions and decision making falls under a specific category, which isagi is using to get a better understanding of himself and everyone else around him. I don't think isagi ever thinks he knows someone as there is plenty of examples where off the pitch he has tried to get to know people because he actually doesn't know them, you needa seperate his off field thinking to his on field thinking. On your final point, it isn't just that he gained confidence, the whole point of his progression is that he is understanding the game at a much deeper level to how he started. I'm pretty sure he has always giving effort, cause literally, in the first few chapters when he lost that first game we was devastated. He's just in an environment where he is being forced to learn and apply or get left behind.
@ASDFGHJKL wtf have you been reading? He's not trying to understand their lives, just their ego in game to understand their decisions so he can beat them. Isagi was never bad, he's always put in effort but either the shi*** team at the start that couldn't keep up with his play making or he just lacked the physicality or game sense to keep up with Rin. We watch him put forth effort every chance he gets to improve.

@ASDFGHJKL Hey I know everyone's hating on you and everything, but just know I agree with you.
@ASDFGHJKL yea, no confidence in himself, story started with him wanting to change himself. Why wouldn't you want him to win. In an environment with players who are written to be born as gifted and skilled players, isagi who is written as an average ordinary player kills every player. He's cold af.
@ASDFGHJKL because I can who tf are you supposed to be 🤣
@storm  I'm not saying im hella talented but i'm talking from personal experience. Do you know how it feels when someone is in your position despite knowing you're better than them? You know how it feels to be pushed back into deffense for a less talented player just because the coach likes them more? Just because the player is a fuc**** kiss a** to the coach? you know how that fuc**** feels
