I do understand why his daddy felt frustrated, but he approached this in the wrong way, Cirrus was just a child, of course he could understand death but not accept his mom being the one dead. He should have approached maybe through professional help, or trying to talk with him slowly every day if needed. Shutting his mouth when he is saying he misses his mom was .... that's so sad, before they did have a good relationship, but that was crushed
