Please please please do not hate on this comment, it's just my opinion and I'm kinda confused 😕 as well.... Was the romance included in the light novel?,cuz I haven't read it and I also don't see the romance tag in the manhua genres but I think this manhua is really awesome and I can do without romance... Just my opinion, please don't come for me

The light novel does have the romance elements too. Why the tags aren't included in the manhwa is because romance aren't one of the main genres just side one. Spoiler warning ahead for parts of the novel:

It's basically just building up for their marriage and things like that. It's not the main focus it's just a cute side thing
For the whole novel, romance is included BUT it happen in side story only. And after a long Hiatus they dicided that in manhwa they should include side story also so ..... Yeah it has a Romance but only in SS.
