Chairman Woo, the old guy, has 2 sons,: Sehyung, who seems to run an unknown company,  and Dohyung, "President" in the W company.
Hyungjoo is also a Woo, but apparently not directly linked, though i personally suspect he is much closer than what is shown... He is the "Director",
which i think means he is the number 3 in the company, and also cleans the mistakes and wrongdoings of the Woo brothers.
Something happened 7 years ago, involving Dohyung, and is probably linked with Yeo-Ho's parents accident.
Is this why Dohyung seems to be willing to get rid of Yeo-Ho whereas he doesn't know anything about that? 
As the "cleaner", Hyungjoo may have already seen Yeo-Ho 7 years ago. What is the link with the actress? Why wait 7 years before doing something to Yeo-Ho?
We'll have to wait and see...
