I haven't read the main story, but side story mentioned that they used to engaged in threesomes. Then the beta also penetrated the omega several times (but of course he was forced to do it and omega hates it too LOL) it's coz the alpha would pester him to do so – coz he wanted the beta to also love the omega.
✕It was also mentioned that the alpha risked his own life in front of the chairman (his father) to save the beta. Seemed like they cut ties with the family after that. Omega was kinda jealous about this so he asked the alpha if he would also do the same for him, alpha answered yes so he was relieved.

But the beta was so hard on himself and has inferiority complex that he thinks he can't make the alpha happy so he never dreamed of marrying him. So the alpha married the omega instead because he was the one who proposed, otherwise, the alpha would've married the beta and leave the omega for good. <span;>He is willing to abandon the omega any time if the beta ever wants to marry him.
