@cherry legal process - get through a party , that goes inside parlament, someone from the representative party will introduce your words there..
Changes : -99 ; if u have revolutionary letter your work will be stolen, either u will be ignored cause your not bigg someone.
Other process- do a " crime " , while getting arrested say - ur words in front of Live media OR go online and do controversy, when u gain a faithful popularity say - ur words .... People will know this , govt will most probably know ...
