@Bitro Well, considering that there are bubbles basically on his dih that could be caused by an infection or a cause mainly transmitted through intercourse. Veins are what you see in your hand (more visible which is why I said hand), if your vein has a bubble like texture or something of that sort then it's most likely a blood clot. However if it comes to what he has then that's more than likely an infection, and if its nit then he has hella blood clots. There could also be other explanations to why it looks like that but that would require more research if you wanna look into that.
