as an FYI, it usually takes between 10-30 minutes to make a perfect edge on a dull knife. to do 1000 in the course of 24/hr... there is only 1,440 minutes in a day x.O; whatever the he** he was doing to those knives... he must of been sharpening 3 or 4 knives at a time to pull that off
