Ok, so, for people who are confused I'm gonna explain a bit from what we know of the chapters so far (then I will spoil it so warning):

Both main characters in this mini story met in university, the uke fell in love with the seme and it's implied that the seme also like the uke. After, they make a contract for the uke to give birth to 3 babies for the sister-in-law and since the uke was blinded by love he just signed it. After the first time he was pregnant, he gave birth to a healthy baby, but the curiosity made him want to see baby, so he snuck to see that said baby. The seme rounds out a r*pes the uke therefore making him pregnant again. But because of all the stress and depression he stopped eating and talking, all of that cause the second baby to end up as a miscarriage. The seme finally understands what he needed to do fkn months ago and lets the uke free, not before fkn him tho (smh). Next morning he wakes up and the uke is gone.

SPOILERS: The years pass (3 years to be exact) and turns out the seme did not give up the first child and kept him. We see them in the child's birthday and when the child give the seme a piece of cake it reminds him (the seme) of uke. There's a flashback of them in collage, seme and uke are going out somewhere so the seme waits outside first, confused on why the uke is late he comes back in and finds him (the uke) SAed by two others, so he beats the sht out of them. And that's how it ends.

QUESTIONS:
did the uke come back: no, he did not, not even the viewers see him
is there more to the story: no, at least not in this story since it continues with another one
