Why don't you setup something to get rid of scamlations like this ? we sure have been living in a peaceful society for far too long, for people assuming they deserve to get out of this unscathed. both clowns who do this, and clowns who allow it to continue.

Manga sites surely know that if they host scamlatation, then viewers will motivated to look for alternative sites with translations of acceptable quality.
I suppose you don't know: This Managabuddy already has a method to report scamlatations like this to get them to take it down.
At the bottom of each chapter page is a series of button. The first button, which looks like an explosive "i", is "Report issue". And one of the reasons for reporting you can choose from a menu is quote "Bad translation".
So... if we want to see better translations, why don't we get in a habit of reporting each chapter with a bad translation?
