I have a lump behind my ear. It's hard and it doesn't produce puss(?) I can move it around a bit so I don't think its directly connected to the skin. It's about the size of an adult middle-finger nail. It's the same as my skin color. It also doesn't hurt when I touch it. It doesn't cause a rash or anything. So I'm worried it could lead to cancer, I've already searched it up and I have not asked a doctor yet, I plan on it when I have time. Does anyone know what this could be?
