@Yoshi it was some kind of rare disease or smth that happens to only one in a million I guess. The thing was when his mom was pregnant she was expecting twins but only one was born. Resulting to after ages the doctor finding out that the other twins was indeed inside him. So they had to perform a surgery to take that out.
