They are literally not asking for money tho--they're asking you to sign up for a (free) newsletter that tells you when they post new chs to their wordpress site in exchange for a pw to read the ch...
also... mtl isn't ideal but at least its readable, unlike than all those tls that get xposted here from fromzinchan manga etc...
