I'm confused. If his the brain dead guardian and his also the one who needs the organ transplant. Which mean their no back up for the organ they needed right? They fck up

@Blee No, the brain dead patient isn't the one who needs the transplant, the one who needs the transplant is the guardian of the brain dead patient. Usually under these circumstances they do it anyway (the transplant I mean) even if no one has given consent because they literally can't. Hope that clears it up for you or for future readers.
