Sooyoung always had it rough with Taesung, he asks for it too(?), also I think he didn't like it with jisung (his first bf), but ever since Taesung he *never* had vanilla s**. Maybe the author never explicitly said "he's a maso*****" bc sooyoung doesn't care enough about it as long as he feels good
