@sgrey it's the same everywhere. A misuse knowledge will be evil, even if that knowledge initially intended for good use. The knowledge of locks when misused, is applied in robbery. The knowledge of safety, when misused, is applied in kidnapping. The knowledge of weapon and martial arts, is applied in bullying, threatening, and also power struggle. So it's not the knowledge that's evil, but the person and their intentions.
