Legaly if someone is drunk and you have s** with them, unless your in a relationship (ie. Dateing, married) you can be charged with ra** because a drunk person isn't in their right mind

@Luna maybe not about the 'okay if ur married or dating them', i think it would be legal if u wait for the person to be sober to have s** with them (so u could get consent) or if they told u beforehand when they were sober, like before drinking they tell u to fu** them when u and they were sober
