@Jinxbs I know you meant it as a sense of encouragement. But it's jut empty words. It's like telling a depressed person stop being sad. It's easier said than done. And if you're struggling to understand the behavior that is because you lack empathy. I'm not saying that in a way to put you down that's just facts. If you struggle to understand why someone does soemthing out of insecurity just because it doesn't relate to you, then you're struggling to put yourself in her shoes and empathize. And i stated you're privileged because having people who love you and growing up with love is not something everyone experiences. And validation is soemthing that everyone craves even you, unless you have some disorder that prevents you from connecting with other. Most people just get their positive validation from family freinds and being a good functional member in society and others who don't have that love and validation from those metrics tend to crave it from everybody since their emotional need is not met. Loneliness Sucks and it's something I've dealt with for a long time. Though I don't even like social media or even socializing much, I still have attention seeking habits even though they're minor, but they still exist because there's a void to be fill. Anyways I'm not bashing you just wanted to help you understand since it's something it seems you to struggle to empathize with, and i hated how youre bashing a real person for the fact they could be lonely and coping badly and unless your unlucky enough to experience it you dont know the complete emptiness that comes with it. Luttle fun fact Lonelinessactually causes your brain to detoratiate. Its not like we can stop that, and i bet i k*ll myself before it actually starts to affect me lol. Btw I'm not saying you lack empathy completely or you're a bad person people just have different things they struggle to have empathy for.
