I mean at the very start, guwon's attitude and lack of knowledge have already hinted that he's either a non-human or lost all of his memories and has a his mindset of a 10 years old, so therefore I wouldn't agree people calling him a red/black flag due to the vomiting scene, he was experiencing that for the first time and it may felt weird to him.

@e1liotcore Am I crazy?! How is everyone missing that he literally came from the ground and had the the multi-story building collapse on him, and he just came up unscathed. It was pretty clear from that point that he's undead.
