I’m not gonna lie; Noah is a complete control freak, and it’s sickening. Everything he does is all about keeping Mason under his thumb. It’s like this passive manipulation to make Mason feel guilty so that he’ll do whatever Noah wants. Mason was on the verge of winning a reward for something he finally thought was fun and captivating, making him feel like his world was changing. Yet, Noah selfishly steps in and takes that spotlight away by whining that he’s waited too long. Trust me, Mason has waited way longer for some da** peace and appreciation.

And seriously, this whole relationship between Noah and Mason feels so unnatural and weird. Personally, I find it hard to understand how you could fall in love with the little kid you saved from being kidnapped and then acted as a bodyguard for, soothing him to sleep from nightmares. That’s more of an uncle-type relationship, right? How can you seriously fall in love with him when you met him as a child? Personally, I wouldn't be able to look at him any other way than as a more mature version of that kid I saved. It’s just fuc**** weird, especially with the age gap. This whole thing feels completely off.

@Savid well um. Mason did say that he's quitting the entire career since its a bit hassle to be a star and an actor since wants to live a normal life, and by saying he's gradually "enjoying" being an actor isn't the right word at all, more like he just "need" to act because he's more likely needed for his talents, and the fact that money adds up to it is also a reason

And about their relationship, this cliché type of story is already used a lot of times in many romance stories whether it was bl nor straight.
The bl manhwa "Regas" has the same type of reincarnation cliché (you should read it cuz it's amazing) so I don't think it's all that weird

@Crisssyyyy It's a cliché that a bodyguard of a child who was basically their parental figure, who was the only one who could soothe him to sleep, would end up getting fuc*** by that same child? Ion even remember the details like that, but even if he thought it was a hassle, there were key parts he enjoyed. such as the relationship with his coworkers, and be able to be a part of smth that includes him in a way that values him. And bro, he loves money, he made 3 mil the EASIEST he has ever done in his life, which he said was such a win for him.
