@Yes I dunno about insecure as much as, she's just normally a gung-ho tomboy type. She was always aggressive and forward even as a child, and now she's using that to her advantage to show off her claim. She admitted to herself that she wasn't comfortable with "other girls" liking him, it's just her trying to show that she really cares that he chose her. The whole series has been following her trying to realize that, maybe, she was always meant to have it made. But she lacked the motivation to seize her good fortune
