I have questions ... alpha females dont give birth? So does that mean the omega male gives birth? How could the female knott with out a pen**? Or did they give birth to one each? now stuck in this deep spiral.

@Constantine Girl alpha regardless of gender all have dic but some author does make their female alpha also have womb but it all not developed.
omega regardless of gender all have womb but the female omega don't have dic.
as of beta it just what we call regular human.
and some cases where there is enigma where they can mark both alpha and omega. Also turning alpha into omega or make them able to bear child without becoming omega (depending on the author
