@jae shin you can search up his age that dude is in his 20s so as that lord. And he is the bottom so it is obvious of him looking like that  baby alike which is it just he get innocent facial features, it is all the art style to make it look real as a bottom and top. And it is not all about ra** and s** I can say i personally hate that parts when he was forced but after that character development was on a great time and i won't say it completely covers up the ra** things but the top have changed and so we can change our view towards him too and if you don't like it being that way , you can go off find some other of them BL's which fits u r interest , i respect your opinion.
