Everyone calling hyeoks mom a bad mother when she was clearly suffering mental in a unhealthy marriage and dealing with her feeling for someone of the same s**. I'm not say leave her son was right but maybe it was the best choice for all of them.she was just think of how her present is weighing down the people around her I deal with this to the feeling you will never be good anough or benefit the people around you. All im saying re read this chapter and actually pay attention to what she is saying.

@Kawaiimfs but she abandoned him. She didn't have to be with his father but she also didn't have to completely abandon her son for a decade then refuse to see him until someone talked her into it. She could have stayed in touch with her son. And the way she thought of him was really wrong. It was best for her to leave the marriage. Not her own son. She had mental problems but it's not an accuse so don't sugar coat it. She's a bad mother that's it
@L0V3c0r3 their not sayin she's a good mother , their sayin she was so mentally unstable she couldn't handle being with them because she felt like it would've ruined them so her best option was to leave, she didn't want to meet her son because she felt like it was gonna make it worst.You can't blame her for wanting her son to have a better life without her she's just trying her best that's y they said reread the story because the mom stated "u don't have to forgive me".
@kiraaa and I'm saying leaving her son was wrong. Yea it may have been the best but she could have at least gave an explanation to why she was leaving instead of leaving without an explanation for a whole decade. She didn't have to stay with the father. As a parent it's her choice to be there for her kid and she didn't want to. You're forgetting the way she thought of him. She thought of him as if he was some object
@kiraaa and I can blame her bc if anything that would make your child's life worst? She has mental problems and she should sort them out but she isn't even getting help. She never genuinely made an effort to get a healthier mental state to be there for her son. Instead she left and abandoned him for herself. With no explanation whatsoever. He never asked to be in that world so leaving him is selfish no matter what bc she as a parent has to sacrifice things to be there and she never or barely made an effort.

she's mentally unstable exactly y she felt like she shouldn't be in his life because she was gonna make it worst , her not being there didn't end up giving him trauma he just felt lonely so yea u can be mad at her but she hoped things would've been different
@Kiraaa As a parent you HAVE to take responsibility. She never tried to get therapy or help. She worsened it by not just divorcing his father and not seeking any help for her mental problems. She's simply a bad mother and there's no was to sugar coat it. Nothing she could have done to make it different now? She left him without any contact whatsoever for 10 years.
