Depression and anxiety are serious mental illnesses and the fact that people nowadays can go around saying "oh yeah I have depression/anxiety" without getting diagnosed disgusts me

@Just someone THANK YOU! as a person who has depp (can;t type it or i'll get flagged in the school chromebook) I went to several councilors due to it, and they passed it with saying " oh you're only 13, you haven't experienced the REAL world yet!!" and it js hurts. im currently on treatment AFTER ending up on the er for s3lf h@rm
@H E A R T S 4 U The councilors r stupid istfg they found out Abt sum things and they were forging me to talk specially my mom when I didn't even feel comfortable Abt talking Abt it. And my mom makes me feel so guilty and "selfish" honestly she drains me more then school itself (also I'm sorry you had to go though that and hope you're doing much better)<33
