@Mozhi It's not that easy to start early. For once it depends your education (not everyone is given the chance to start learning another language before entering middleschool). For a second, it also depends the proximity with other languages (e.g.: italians have an easier time to learn spanish than english, while swedish people have it easier to learn english than to learn french, etc -- and yet those are only about european languages, but that's even truer when taking languages farther related such as czech versus korean).
