In my opinion, the mother was extremely selfish. She would rather be single than to accept that the kids are gay and like each other yet she still makes it a nightmare for her own child. If you are divorced why do you care?

@Jumere you do realize that they were STEP-BROTHERS, that is still incest whether you like it or not. You don't have to be related by blood to know that having s3x with ur step-brother is wrong. That was haesoo's mother's son in law and her biological son in a sexual relationship, he** I would be "selfish" too

@.KIRO. chill dude, correcting someone's wrong terminology isn't a reason to get so worked up. It would have been weird and ethically wrong if they had met at a more younger age and were raised as siblings. But two 16-17 yrs old good looking teens with raging hormones in close proximity??? They aren't blood related and it's more of a societal issue.
Assuming someone's reasons for reading Bls isn't cool- some read for its storytelling or the emotional aspect of it or as quoted ' getting off two men fuc**** each other', there's more to it than what your assuming. Fyi I'm a reader foremost, I love readingall types of novels, manhwas, anything, you name it, the genre isn't the issue but judging someone's preference is.
