just focus on one task, don't think about all the works undone.
When I'm not able to study, I just go outside or talk with my family and I gather all the motivation I need to continue my homework.
to be honest I hate studying and I'm losing focus quiet often. But really don't let this demoralise you, you can do this, just do it step by step. Even an hour is great. Little by little you will be able to do more and quicker
