You know he doesn't want you locked up either. She is on suicide watch essentially. He would even have let her marry someone else besides him and be in another relationship I think, if he thought whoever that was would treat her well and make sure not to interfere with whatever their relationship is. Not anymore though I think. I am not even sure if what he is doing is wrong since it kind of jumped from her being in danger, him killing everyone who did so, to her being locked up and suicidal.
The jump from her being back after almost getting killed to suicidal felt like we missed some steps of her being locked up for a long time, then that would make sense why she is suicidal now. I may have forgotten they showed that in a panel or something and it seems to be heavily implied so I am going with that, then it is wrong.
It really doesn't make sense to me from her perspective since if she does kill herself she kills the whole kingdom. So I have to conclude she is truly deeply depressed, but it's hard to believe that since she keeps being so combatative with everyone so there is still some fire in her. So I assume she feels suicide is the only thing she has control of in her life, so she is clinging to that notion even though I don't think she really wants to die.
He also would be happy to let her go out and do things if he could trust she wouldn't hurt herself. Having a noble woman go out with protection is not strange at all, especially one who if she dies it would kill the whole kingdom.
Anyway I don't think anyone is really reading this anymore.
