Guys I just have a question I know that she used space isolation but when they don't use it are the people out ther just like "oh look the building's going down, let's just leave it be." Or like what?

@Terrira.A @Terrira.A u could see it in one scene but it gets restored afterwards but don’t know if it has something to do with the space isolation
